Calum Morrison MA
Calum Morrison is an International Education Consultant at www.cjm.education which is a Global Education Services provider. He has over thirty years of experience in Further and Higher Education and over twenty of these years have been at Senior Management Level. He holds both a Bachelor (Hons) and Masters degrees.
From 2014 to 2019 he was President of Ulixes an EU Training and Research organisation www.ulixesnet.eu
Has experience of leading and managing education projects in Europe, India, China and SE Asia. Calum had also been senior manager in charge of different European projects delivered in partnership through ERASMUS, Lifelong Learning and Erasmus +.
Previously Calum was the Director of Curriculum of the North West Regional College in Northern Ireland with responsibility for the development and delivery of the college curriculum which ranged from entry level to post graduate. This position required overall responsibility for the development and delivery of the Curriculum from Level 1 to Level 7 on the European Qualifications Framework. Before this worked for the University of the Highlands and Islands in Scotland and Havering College in London. He continues to participate in promoting research, training and educational programmes through collaboration with European and International partnerships. Calum is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
Eugenija Vagnerienė
Eugenija Vagnerienė is a director of Gračiūnas School of Management (AVM), Lithuania, an accredited educational institution in Professional higher education with primary responsibility for the development and operations in two Lithuanian cities as well as abroad.
She is a founder of the first business school in Lithuania in 1993 where she has been working for over 25 years and been involved in numerous national and international education related activities, including the development and internationalization of the curriculum, leading the development of the AVM strategic plan, introducing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Quality management system; 5 years of involvement in national reform in Vocational education and training (strategic development of VET in the framework of national educational system, Quality assurance framework for VET, curriculum development, other areas of the reform); 7 years of involvement in the national reform of Higher education introducing binary HE in the country (AVM was one of the first seven institutions for benchmarking).
Eugenija Vagneriene is professionally active in international education since 1992 and her portfolio expanded to include President of the Ulixes Consortium (E.E.I.G.) and a member of Lithuanian Council of Education. Membership and active involvement in EURASHE (European Association for Professional Higher Education) and EAIE (European Association for International Education) enhances personal competence development and better understanding of European policy and strategy in education as well as its relationship with the world of work. Has also participated in European projects related to enhancing educational quality in services for the labour market.
She is a co-founder of the first international organizations in Lithuania– Junior Chamber International (JCI) and Sorroptimist International (SI) and some other pioneering initiatives that help to build and develop social and professional networks.
Eugenija Vagneriene holds an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Social Science, Philology (applied linguistics, foreign languages) from Vilnius University, Lithuania.

Dr Damian O’Kane
Dr O’Kane’s relevant qualifications and experience include a primary Honours degree in Psychology with Education (including Qualified Teacher Status) and a Doctorate (PhD) in Psychology.
He has a highly developed knowledge in both education and the Social Sciences research having taught in Higher Education (undergraduate & post graduate levels) with a history of publication in peer reviewed Education/ Social Sciences journals & books and presented at 250+conferences (including 20 special invite keynote presentations) across the world. He has also acted as External Examiner/advisor for a wide range of UK/ROI universities in both Education and the Social Sciences.
Dr O’Kane has acted as an Educational Consultant for over fifteen years and has provided advice and support (strategy, policy and operational activities) to a number of governments, educational and employability organisations across the world in relation to vocational & skills enhancement, bespoke training programmes and employability among disengaged and disadvantaged groups (including USA, UK, ROI, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands)
He has worked at a senior level across the education sector for over twenty-five years, designing, developing and implementing a broad range of educational initiatives and interventions that improve educational outcomes and access to employment for socially and economically disadvantaged young people and adults;
He has an established national and international profile in educational development with a reputation for the successful implementation of innovative and creative programmes of activity.
He designed and successfully implemented a range of bespoke vocational, employability and continuing professional development programmes in government, educational and community settings.
Dr Rahul Kanagat
Dr Kanagat is a versatile professional, with over 32 years of experience at the middle and top management of hospitality institutions and education organizations. His qualifications include a PhD in Tourism and Management, MBA in Human Resourse Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. He has spoken at several conferences and coordinated programmes for a number of UK universities.
His past experience include posts as General Manager at various Resort Hotels. In the education field he has held several posts including Director of the Gujarat Institute of Hotel Management and Director of the International Institute of Hotel Management in Delhi. Recently he was a Professor and HOD at TeamLease Skills University in Vadodara, India where he managed the development and delivery of a new hospitality and catering curriculum.
Dr Kanagat is a consistent performer with a proven track record of optimizing revenue. workflow, complex problem solving and has always had been a Team Player with a firm and positive attitude of adhering to core company value systems. Rini Tarigan
Rini Tarigan A.M.D, S.H was born in Medan, Indonesia and lives and works in Jakarta. She graduated from Faculty of Letters, Dutch Diploma Program, University of Indonesia (A.M.D., 1997); and Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (S.H., 2004). Rini is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association.
During her study she was a volunteer for the American Field Service’s (AFS) students’ exchange.
She was the Founder and a Partner at the JURE Partnership that works in legal aid, education, training and research in law. She has been actively involved in regulation draft formulating and promotion through seminars, workshops and panel discussion in cooperation with law firms and various institutions. She also runs seminars on business and corporate law.
In 2012 Rini Tarigan and her Partners established RINI TARIGAN & PARTNERS that handles Family Law, Land Law, Litigation, Name Change, Law Training, Legal Personal Consultant, Legal Consultant, Contract Drafting and issues pertaining to cases of notaries.
Rini Tarigan is also a Bahasa Indonesia Private Teacher for foreign students. She has taught the Bahasa Indonesia Course since she was studying at The Faculty of Letters, University of Indonesia. She also has experience of teaching at the British International School in Jakarta.
Rini has organized and acted a guide for UK Trade Missions relating to education in Jakarta and beyond and has a wide range of contacts in the education and training sector.
Her language skills include Bahasa Indonesia, English and Dutch.
Dr Terry McIvor
Dr. Terence (Terry) McIvor is an academic professional who fosters innovative science and maths programs through national and international organizations. Dr McIvor has earned a BSc (with honours) in Applied Biochemical Sciences with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from the University of Ulster in 1996. From there he pursued higher degrees in teaching and postsecondary education, culminating in PhDs in Chemistry and Chemical Education (Physical). He was the Curriculum Manager of Science & Mathematics at an FE college in Northern Ireland. Internationally he lectures in Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Sciences and Mathematics
Dr McIvor also is a U.K. curriculum development expert and he holds a curriculum specialist position at OFQUAL , where he specialises in STEMM education at RQF level 6 and the pure sciences at level 7. Dr McIvor is passionate about teaching students through a number of teaching strategies including discussion groups, online seminars and webcasts. He has over 20 years’ experience which involved supervising numerous projects both locally and internationally. Dr McIvor has published a paper in mathematical education in partnership with Queen’s University and the University of Maynooth. He is a visiting professor and scholar to schools in India.
He has pioneered a Research strategy to establish a “Science Applied Research Centre” as part of the Department for Employment and Learning’s FE Strategy for centres of specialism and this project will assist in building the applied research portfolio in this area. Dr. Terry McIvor is an educational thought leader who has setup his own fully accredited STEMM Academy; the Academy for International Science and Research (AISR) in 2018. He is part of a team who currently works with the government of Manipur ,India and in 2018/19 set up a new international university in the region. Dr Mcivor operates his private STEMM Academy not only locally and nationally in the U.K. but has also setup schools in Ireland, India and Nigeria. AISR has signed MOUs with the government of Nigeria and India and currently is working to enhance and develop the educational infrastructure in both countries. Dr McIvor is a citizen of India as he holds OCI citizenship. One of Dr McIvor’s research interests is the development of interactive educational technologies.
